L.A. Insurance is seeking a motivated Bilingual Spanish Speaking Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team. This role requires a licensed Property & Casualty professional fluent in English and Spanish, who enjoys helping clients protect what matters most and growing their career in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will quote, bind, and service auto insurance policies while delivering exceptional customer service. A two-month training program and ongoing guidance will support your success.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty License (Michigan).
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Proven success in sales or client-facing environment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Goal-oriented, proactive team player who takes initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish.
• Recommend customized property and auto insurance solutions based on each customer’s needs.
• Generate accurate insurance quotes and bind coverage efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions and concerns.
• Develop understanding of L.A. Insurance products, services, and underwriting guidelines.
• Build relationships within the local community to support agency growth.
