Job summary

ABF is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to manage existing accounts and proactively drive revenue growth. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, handling quotations and orders, and collaborating with Account Managers to identify expansion opportunities.

You will work hybrid, supporting a diverse international customer base across Europe, with a strong IT-driven environment and daily lunch offerings.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a commercial role.
• Fluent in English and Polish (min. C1 level).
• Commercially minded, proactive and a good communicator.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all matters concerning key accounts.
• Handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Develop a SMART sales plan for your region, including actionable KPI’s.
• Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Analyze customer needs to uncover and implement tailored upselling and cross-selling solutions.
