Job summary

Cover Genius is seeking an Insurance Product Manager / Underwriter to join our insurance product team in developing and sourcing new products, and maintaining and enhancing existing products. You will be the resident expert across insurance product lines, handling coverage analysis, pricing, filing requirements and regulations.

You will drive product line strategies, support partnerships with product solutions, and help increase market penetration while adapting to a start-up pace and culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in working in insurance product development, pricing and/or underwriting.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of existing product portfolios, including reporting and improvements to underwriting, product and policy wording.
• Support the solutions team in the development of new products across various business verticals and insurance product lines.
• Tailor products for new partners, supporting the partnerships team with customer-centric solutions.
• Monitor regulatory developments across product lines.
