YoungCapital is looking for a full-time Customer Advisor in Amsterdam. You'll deepen your expertise in investments while working in a leading investment bank’s international environment. As the first point of contact for clients in the trading market, you will assist with online trading, clarify financial instruments, and participate in internal educational programs.

Ideal candidates should be fluent in Czech and English, hold a Bachelor’s degree, and demonstrate a strong interest in financial markets. A gross monthly salary of €2,900 and opportunities for professional development await.

Qualifications

• Fluently communicate in both Czech and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Hold at least a Bachelor’s degree (HBO level).
• Follow the world of investments and financial markets with great interest.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with questions about the online trading platform, investment products, and market movements.
• Provide clear explanations and ensure clients can execute transactions confidently.
