YoungCapital is looking for a Full-time Czech-speaking Customer Service Specialist in Amsterdam. You will manage calls for our Czech-speaking clients, providing expert support on investment products and ensuring satisfaction through dedicated problem solving.

The role requires native or near-native Czech and excellent English proficiency, combined with a passion for finance. The position offers a competitive salary of €2,900 monthly, flexible working hours, and various growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Czech, combined with excellent English (C1 level).

Responsibilities
