Job summary

ABF in Roosendaal is seeking an Inside Sales Representative fluent in English and Polish to manage and grow existing accounts, handle quotations and orders, and support the sales team.

You will work hybrid, 40 hours a week, from 09:30 to 18:00, with a one-week remote abroad option each year, 28 vacation days, and a strong training budget.

Qualifications

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a commercial role.
• Fluent in English and Polish (min. C1 level).
• Commercially minded, proactive and a good communicator.
• You hold a driving license (B).

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all matters concerning key accounts.
• Handle quotations, orders, and customer inquiries accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Develop a SMART sales plan for your region, including actionable KPI’s.
• Independently manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
• Analyze customer needs to uncover and implement tailored upselling and cross-selling solutions.
