Qualifications

• Minimum two years of leadership experience.
• Experience in a commercial Inside Sales or B2B customer-focused environment.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Inside Sales team (6 FTE) to support performance and growth.
• Handle complex quotations, pricing and customer cases with guidance to improve skills.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and high service quality in a fast-paced market.
• Drive commercial results and take ownership of team sales, margins and KPIs.
