Job summary

SANY Benelux B.V. in Rijswijk, the Netherlands, is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. You will support HR operations across the full employee lifecycle in a hands-on, international setting.

You will handle visa processes, onboarding, payroll support, and HR documentation while collaborating with our global SSC and local HR team. The role is 4 days onsite and 1 day remote weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s student in HR/Business/Management or related field.
• Must provide a tripartite internship agreement.
• Fluent in Chinese and English, written and spoken.
• Experience with HR systems, payroll or administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Support work permit and visa application processes.
• Support local employee registration and administrative procedures.
• Assist with employment contract preparation and HR documentation.
• Support leave, attendance and working hours management.
• Assist with sickness absence and pension administration.
• Follow up on HR tasks with SSC.
• Support new employee onboarding and local procedures.
• Assist with offboarding and exit procedures.
• Support HR vendor and service provider management.
• Respond to day-to-day HR questions.
• Support payroll-related activities for the subsidiary.
• Assist with organizing company events and holiday activities.
• Prepare employment certificates and other HR documents.
• Arrange on-site interviews and reimburse expenses.
• Provide daily HR operations support and participate in HR projects.
