Qualifications

• Native Dutch or French speaker.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails to attract new customers.
• Answer queries and escalate technical issues while explaining the best solution.
• Provide information about the Bank’s products and services.
• Follow up on instructions including payments, trades, transfers, and account openings/closures.
