Jobster is seeking a Sales Support professional in the Netherlands to blend administrative duties with proactive customer contact. You will collaborate with sales, production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and excellent service.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, coordinating fulfilment, maintaining data integrity and supporting the sales team with reports and analyses. Fluency in Dutch and French is required.

Formación

• Experience in sales support or inside sales roles.
• Dutch and French fluency required.
• Strong communication and customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive and ownership-minded with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical skills and comfort with data and reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience in an international B2B environment is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare quotations, sales documents and customer correspondence.
• Process and monitor orders from entry to delivery.
• Coordinate order fulfilment with production, logistics and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and commercial data in systems.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
• Prepare sales reports and performance updates.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and dealers by phone and email.
• Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Build long-term customer relationships and monitor satisfaction.
• Support lead generation and development of new business.
• Contribute to sales targets and business growth.
