Who you are

As an Albert Heijn delivery driver, you deliver groceries right to the customer's front door. You are physically fit and have no problem lifting crates. You can also easily step in and out of the delivery van on a regular basis.

In addition, you bring the following to the table:

• You speak Dutch or English.
• You have your own transportation to get to Heyderweg 2-6 in Leiden.
• You hold a valid category B driver's license.

What will you do

From well-known cities to tiny villages you didn't even know existed: that is what awaits you as an Albert Heijn delivery driver. Every day is different. Some days your workday runs smoothly, and other days you run into obstacles—like an apartment building without an elevator or a house number that's nowhere to be found. You’ll experience it all.

Fortunately, you are well-prepared during your onboarding period and you know how to keep a cool head! There are also plenty of opportunities to grow. For instance, you can quickly start working as a buddy, guiding and training new employees. Or you can become a plusser, making sure every driver hits the road fully equipped with all the essentials.

• Working days: Monday through Sunday, part-time or full-time.
• Flexible hours: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM (availability for both shifts is required).

Als Albert Heijn koerier werk je voornamelijk zelfstandig, maar je komt wel bij veel klanten aan huis. Zo maak je hier en daar gezellig een praatje! #baanrader En kom je ergens niet uit? Ook is er een Tempo-Team-kantoor op locatie waar je altijd even binnen kunt lopen. Wel zo fijn! Als dank voor je inzet worden er regelmatig lekkere dingen uitgedeeld. De werklocatie van AH Online is daarnaast makkelijk bereikbaar met eigen vervoer.

En na een 13 weken werken gaat je salaris omhoog naar €18,83 per uur! Dit is inclusief 25 vakantiedagen, vakantiegeld, ADV-toeslag en eindejaarsbonus. Ook zijn er veel mogelijkheden om door te groeien. Wie weet werk jij over een jaar wel jouw nieuwe collega’s in!
