Job summary

Adecco is seeking a technically adept professional with hands-on experience in PV systems, data centers, and BESS energy storage, to join a global leader in digital energy. The role emphasizes hands-on energy asset operation, monitoring, and compliance across European projects, with strong IT and regulatory awareness.

The position offers an on-site Netherlands base with opportunities for international growth, development in Linux/Windows environments, and collaboration across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
• Experience in system, network, or energy asset operation & maintenance.
• Hands-on work experience with BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems).
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows environments, networking, automation systems, and cloud or infrastructure monitoring tools, with familiarity with ITIL processes.
• Foundational knowledge of new energy disciplines such as electrical/electrochemical systems, thermal management, automation, mechanical systems, and temperature control technologies.
• Familiarity with EU environmental protection regulations, including carbon emissions reporting and EPR requirements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with professional proficiency in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
