Paramount Skydance Corporation in Amsterdam is seeking a Senior Manager Marketing & Digital to lead the Dutch TV marketing effort within the Benelux region. You will set local strategies for Comedy Central, Paramount Network, MTV and supervise the Amsterdam team.

You are a strategic creative with a data-driven mindset, strong leadership, and ability to collaborate with programming, sales, PR and international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing or related field.
• 5+ years in TV, media, content marketing or related fields.
• Native-level Dutch and excellent English.

Responsibilities

• Lead local TV marketing across Benelux, aligned with EMEA teams.
• Manage Amsterdam Marketing and Social Media teams (2 heads).
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to maximize KPIs.
• Oversee budgets, partnerships and agency collaborations.
• Prepare presentations and pitches for leadership.
