Job summary

PepsiCo seeks a Space Management Lead to translate category and shopper insights into winning shelf solutions across the Benelux market. You will act as the central contact for Retail, Discount and Away-from-home channels, driving the space management vision and ensuring alignment with the GCC.

You will manage planograms, workload, and collaboration with Brand Marketing, Category Management, and Sales to deliver data-driven shelf recommendations that support growth and shopper experience across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Economics or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in FMCG or retail, preferably within Space Management, Category Management or Merchandising.
• Experience working with retailers and translating insights into commercial recommendations.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to convert data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Benelux space management projects in collaboration with GCC.
• Manage planning, prioritization and workload across the Benelux Space Management team.
• Ensure timely delivery of planograms, range reviews and strategic initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvements in space management processes, tools and ways of working.
• Own development and quality of planogram recommendations for priority Benelux customers.
• Translate assortment optimization outputs into effective shelf solutions.
• Collaborate with Category Management, Sales, Marketing and the wider DX organization on growth projects.
• Build strong relationships with top retailer Space Management teams to ensure implementation.
