Job summary

Sonos, Inc. is seeking a Regional Trainer for the Benelux region, covering the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

You will develop and deliver training across retail and AV channels, shaping consumer and professional education while aligning with Sonos’ training and education standards. The role requires engaging presentation skills, regional training program development, and travel across Benelux with a focus on delivering compelling educational experiences that support sales and product

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience and success with enthusiastic public speaking and on-camera presentations.
Effective experience in communicating knowledge to others.
Language fluency in English and Dutch.
The ability to travel throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia for potential in-person training events on a monthly basis.

Responsibilities

Present engaging educational content verbally to small and large audiences in a variety of formats, including in-person events, webinars, and LMS management.
Speak operating languages of audiences: retail consumer electronics, installed services, AV experts, and retail management.
Adapt communication style to different audiences.
Collaborate remotely and in-person to improve training experiences across the region.
Work with sales and content teams to use education to drive sales and advocacy and identify training material opportunities.
