Job summary

2–4 years experience in express delivery or logistics.
Experience with franchise network management is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Identify and maintain a pipeline of potential franchise network sites within the assigned region and support launches.
Manage franchise network sites, conduct on-site inspections, and enforce SOPs and standards.
Monitor regional KPIs like delivery confirmation, on-time handover, and service quality.
Communicate with franchisees and internal teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with sorting centers, transport, and customer service to resolve cross-site issues.
Monitor capacity during peak seasons and coordinate resources to mitigate risks.
Prepare regional operation reports and raise updates to management on risks and progress.
