Job summary

Envipco is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the installation of deposit-return machines across the Benelux. You will coordinate client and internal teams, manage timelines, risks, and administration while supporting sales opportunities and gathering customer feedback.

You will provide operational support to the Dutch SCM/Logistics team, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O to streamline processes and ensure high service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as Project Coordinator or Assistant Project Manager.
• Proactive problem-solver with focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of project management, customer service and supply chain/logistics processes.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O in SCM.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation projects of deposit-return machines across the Benelux.
• Coordinate between client, production teams (Germany and Romania), service, marketing and site owners.
• Manage project timelines and all required operational activities.
• Evaluate project and product risks and provide feedback to Business Development.
• Coordinate with Finance for correct administrative processing.
• Support additional sales opportunities with Business Development.
