Job summary

Qualifications

• Eligible for Netherlands national security clearance.
• 5+ years in physical security or related fields.
• Experience in corporate security environment.
• Knowledge of GDPR and BeNeLux security regulations.
• Data centre security experience.

Responsibilities

• Own physical security across SAP's BeNeLux locations (offices, labs, events, and data centres).
• Lead contracted security teams and oversee guarding contracts.
• Maintain and improve electronic security systems (access control, CCTV, intruder detection).
• Manage incidents and drive security improvement projects.
• Travel within BeNeLux around 10–20%.
