Job summary

• Extensive experience in financial services sales and client coverage.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and building high-performance cultures.
• Proven ability to originate, negotiate, and execute complex, multi‑product solutions.
• Deep understanding of the payments ecosystem including transaction banking and merchant acquiring.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to partner across multiple lines of business.
• Excellent executive communication and presentation skills; able to influence at senior levels.
• English language required for all communication.

Responsibilities

• Own the BeNeLux payments sales strategy, business plan, and execution across existing and new clients.
• Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, wallet share expansion, and retention with disciplined pipeline management.
• Build and manage a robust opportunity pipeline with high-quality deal structuring and pricing.
• Act as senior executive sponsor for priority relationships with regional treasurers and HQ stakeholders.
• Deliver consultative, client-led solutions across JPMorganChase payments suite including cash management and working capital.
• Maintain deep knowledge of client operating models and regional nuances to position JPMorganChase capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the BeNeLux Payments Sales team with clear expectations on coverage and activity standards.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, and talent retention while aligning with risk and compliance requirements.
• Ensure consistent execution of client planning, qualification, proposals, and engagements across functions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize delivery and influence product evolution based on client voice.
• Maintain market awareness to sharpen positioning and contribute to broader EMEA priorities.
