Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Amsterdam seeks a Payments Sales Manager to drive end-to-end client experience for an inbound Payments portfolio of Large Corporate Asia Pacific HQ clients.

You will develop new business from Subsidiary Payments Sales clients and structure solutions with value, while building a strong pipeline of opportunities. You will collaborate with Global Corporate Banking, Subsidiary Banking and Product to execute selling strategies, understand client goals and market nuances, and

Qualifications

• 6+ years in financial services sales with payments and cash management experience.
• Proven ability to develop and deepen senior client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of payments ecosystem: transaction banking, merchant acquiring, working capital.
• Creative solutions to optimize working capital levels.
• Collaborative relationships with Sales, Product Management, Client Service, Global Corporate Bank, Investment Banking and Implementations.
• Strong leadership, presentation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to negotiate and execute large-scale projects.
• Clear and effective written & verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Deepen and grow existing market relationships.
• Develop new profitable business from prospective clients with bankers.
• Provide integrated treasury solutions in a consultative and client-driven framework.
• Collaborate with internal product stakeholders for complex solutions.
• Understand clients' goals, environments, strategies, and industry trends to identify opportunities.
• Position JPMorgan Payments against competition.
• Manage client visits and frequent meetings to discuss new products and market trends.
• Oversee proposal writing and end-to-end sales process including RFIs/RFPs.
• Share client knowledge with coverage teams for new business and risk management.
• Address AML due diligence reviews for high-risk clients.
• Coordinate with subsidiary banking team to expand business with current clients.
