Zusammenfassung

Tangent International is seeking a Country HR Business Partner to support Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg from Amsterdam on a 6‑month extendable contract. You will act as the in‑country custodian of HR policies and partner with local HRBPs, COEs and the HR Answers team to drive people transformation and ensure compliance across BeNeLux.

The role requires 7+ years of HRBP or HR leadership experience in a global, matrixed organization, with fluent English and Dutch.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong experience driving HR transformation in a global, matrixed organization.
• Proven ability to advise at strategic level while delivering hands-on HRBP support.
• Excellent stakeholder management across in-country HRBPs, COEs and social partners.

Aufgaben

• Ensure 100% regulatory compliance with regional labour laws in BeNeLux.
• Lead Works Council and social partner relations activities.
• Maintain alignment with Employment Legal for collective bargaining agreements and policy rollouts.
• Drive change and transformation management with legally compliant processes and tight timelines.
• Identify country-specific employment risks and design mitigation plans.
• Directly manage complex employee relations cases and communicate outcomes.
