Job summary

Customs Support Group B.V. in the Netherlands is seeking an experienced Customs Agent to join our Benelux team. You will ensure compliance of customs operations with applicable regulations and support international logistics processes.

You will prepare and verify documentation, cooperate with authorities, handle declarations, monitor regulatory changes, and communicate with clients and suppliers across borders.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar customs-related role.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and clearance procedures.
• Proficiency in customs systems and ERP software.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication and cross-border teamwork skills.
• Willingness to travel to the Netherlands/Belgium occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and verifying customs documentation in accordance with national and international regulations
• Cooperating with customs authorities and regulatory institutions
• Handling customs declarations and executing customs clearance procedures
• Monitoring changes in customs regulations and advising on their application
• Communicating with clients and suppliers on customs matters and resolving clearance‑related issues
• Collaborating with the Customs team in the Netherlands and Belgium
