Job summary

Customs Support Group in Rotterdam–Netherlands is seeking an experienced Customs Agent for our Benelux team to ensure compliance of customs operations and support international logistics processes. You will prepare and verify documentation, liaise with authorities, handle declarations, monitor regulatory changes, and collaborate across the Netherlands and Belgium.

Fluent English, strong communication, and willingness to travel are essential; we offer training and a stable, international work

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and clearance procedures.
• Proficiency in customs systems and ERP software.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-border team.
• Accuracy, reliability, and organizational skills.
• Openness to business travel to the Netherlands/Belgium from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and verifying customs documentation in accordance with national and international regulations.
• Cooperating with customs authorities and regulatory institutions.
• Handling customs declarations and executing customs clearance procedures.
• Monitoring changes in customs regulations and advising on their application.
