Job summary

Sunswap is recruiting an EU Regional Commercial Manager to spearhead the Benelux launch and the broader EU expansion. You will establish commercial and operating functions for the territory, drive customer acquisition, and build out the aftermarket network to ensure commercial success.

You will lead end-to-end sales, manage partner relationships, and collaborate with marketing. Travel across Europe is required as Sunswap scales globally.

Qualifications

• Extensive enterprise sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
• 3+ years in country/region management or similar leadership roles.
• Proven ability to launch products in new markets and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for Benelux and EU regions.
• Map customer and maintenance service partner landscape.
• Lead end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, proposals, negotiations, closures.
