Job summary

Simvia, a fast-growing SaaS scale-up in Amsterdam, seeks a Business Development Associate to drive new opportunities in the Benelux. You will identify leads, perform cold outreach, and set appointments for the sales team.

You’ll maintain a healthy pipeline in the CRM, collaborate with Account Executives, and continuously develop your skills within a supportive, energetic team.

Native Dutch is required; 1+ year in a similar role; hybrid work from Amsterdam with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Native-level Dutch required; daily cold calling across Benelux.
• 1+ year in a similar role (marketing, client services, business development, or sales).
• Able to identify and reach out to potential leads and set qualified meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation in Benelux markets.
• Cold outreach to engage decision-makers and introduce Simvia’s solutions.
• Appointment setting to secure meetings for Account Executives.
• Pipeline management in the CRM to maintain a full opportunities funnel.
• Continuous improvement through building industry knowledge with the team.
