Will werk in Porto is hiring a multilingual customer support agent to help customers via chat, email, social media or phone. You’ll solve problems with a friendly tone and review user-generated content to keep things neat.

You’ll work in a diverse team from around the world, learning something new every day. Requirements include fluent Italian, good English, minimum 18 years old, a valid European passport or ID, and availability for at least 6 months in Porto.

Your day starts with answering a stream of messages from customers who are stuck somewhere – via chat, email, social media or phone. You solve their problems with a smile (or at least with friendly words), and between helping out you review user-generated content to make sure everything stays neat. Boring? No. Varied? Absolutely. You work in a team of people from all over the world, so you learn something new every day.

Job Requirements

• Fluent Italian (spoken and written)
• Good English
• Minimum 18 years old
• Valid European passport number or identity card
• Availability for at least 6+ months in Porto

Working Conditions

• Fully paid training beforehand
• 40-hour working week in shift work (Monday-Sunday, 08:00-19:00)
• 36 paid days off per year
• Meal allowance of €7.63 per working day
