WW Talents is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Porto, Portugal team onsite. You will deliver professional, empathetic support to customers across markets, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality experience.

You will work in a 24/7 rotational environment, contribute to multiple markets, and benefit from a compensation package including a monthly gross base, a generous welcome bonus, and accommodation support if relocating.

Job description

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment

The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will provide professional, efficient, and empathetic support to customers across different markets. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide accurate information, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide professional customer support through verbal and written communication
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Support more than one market when required
• Manage and retain large amounts of product and process information

  Requirements

  • Fluent verbal and written communication in Dutch
