Job summary

Keysight is seeking a Business Development Outreach Associate for a 1-year internship in Delft. You will own lead generation and webinar follow-up for our Device Security team across Europe, collaborating with Account Managers and Marketing to identify high-intent prospects and scale our fastest-growing business unit.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a BS/MS in Business, Marketing, CS, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or related field
• Strong quantitative skills – comfortable working with data, dashboards, spreadsheets, and metrics
• Excellent communication – fluent in English, clear writer, confident presenter
• Proficiency with AI tools and CRM platforms – basic familiarity and ability to learn quickly
• Organization and ownership – detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects

Responsibilities

• Lead Webinar Follow-Up Campaigns – Execute targeted nurture campaigns for prospects from KDS webinars and events; qualify leads and drive engagement
• Capture & Qualify High-Intent Leads – Use AI tools and market research to identify prospects; prepare account profiles
• Conduct Strategic Account-Based Outreach – Multi-touch campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls to European enterprises; track metrics
• Analyze Pipeline Performance – Monitor deal velocity, conversion rates, and sales cycle length; share weekly insights
• Support Market Research & Competitive Positioning – Research EU cybersecurity landscape; feed strategic insights to Marketing
• Contribute to Marketing Initiatives – Assist in campaigns and events; own lead logistics and post-event follow-up
• Master Sales Tools & Processes – Develop proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot; ensure data accuracy and workflows
