DENS BV invites you to join as a Battery Assembly Operator, helping build the future of renewable energy. You’ll learn by doing in a hands-on environment with a buddy guiding you through the early stages of battery production, then advancing to stacking and testing while staying aligned with safety standards.

You’ll work 40 hours per week on day shifts, with opportunities to grow within the organisation and contribute to innovative, sustainable technology.

Qualifications

• Passion for sustainability and technology.
• Technical aptitude and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with forklift trucks is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Produce battery layers during the initial weeks under a buddy's guidance.
• Stack batteries in phase two and assemble layers into a battery box.
• Carry out testing and quality checks in the final phase.
• Assist in warehouse tasks and finish the battery boxes as needed.
