Job summary

LionVolt BV in Eindhoven is seeking an operator to drive production in a high- tech cleanroom environment, contributing to the development of next-generation 3D Anode battery technology.

You will operate and monitor equipment, perform routine maintenance, ensure quality, and maintain records while collaborating with process engineers and fellow operators. English skills at least B2 and willingness to learn Dutch are expected.

Qualifications

• Education: MBO-4, preferably in a technical field.
• Experience: Previous experience in a production environment; experience in a cleanroom and/or dry room is a strong plus. Experience with SOPs (Standard Operations Procedures)

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on production machinery.
• Follow cleanroom protocols and safety procedures to maintain product integrity.
• Conduct quality checks and report any deviations to the team lead.
• Assist in process improvements and provide feedback for optimizing production.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation

LionVolt is a deep-tech startup working on a revolutionary battery using a 3D anode architecture that will boost battery performance and bring an important contribution to achieving global net zero goals. A step change in battery performance is in high demand from our application markets, and our architecture boosts energy density and charging rates without compromising safety and duration/life.

Our multinational and highly diverse team consist of 63 people across multiple locations. Our innovation centre is based at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, a leading European innovation hub, and we have a cell manufacturing facility in Scotland. In addition, we are expanding our manufacturing capacity with a new production line at the Brainport Industries Campus (BIC) in Eindhoven, giving us everything we need to realise our innovation.

Your Role

As an operator, you will play a key role in our production process, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. You will work with advanced equipment in a high-tech cleanroom/dry room environment, contributing to the development of our cutting-edge 3D Anode technology.
