Autocraft Solutions Group in Arnhem is seeking an Electric Vehicle Production Operative to join its EV team. You will receive, test, diagnose, repair and prepare EV batteries for dispatch, working with a skilled team to extend battery life.

This hands-on role requires a technical background, a proactive attitude, and adherence to safety procedures. The position offers a permanent full-time contract with competitive pay and benefits.

Formación

• Engineering qualification, apprenticeship or relevant hands-on technical experience.
• Experience with high-voltage DC systems (60V+) or similar electrical systems.
• EV batteries or HV components experience preferred.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Windows applications.
• A valid forklift licence or willingness to obtain one.
• A full, clean driving licence.
• Good communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving and unloading EV batteries.
• Testing, diagnosing and repairing EV batteries.
• Recording and reporting battery test results.
• Supporting ongoing EV projects.
• Safely storing high-voltage batteries.
• Preparing repaired batteries for dispatch.
• Loading outgoing shipments.
• Operating a forklift truck where required.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment.
• Following all quality and health & safety procedures.
