Job summary

LionVolt is seeking a production operator to join its team at the Eindhoven site. You will operate and monitor advanced production equipment in a high-tech cleanroom/dry room environment, contributing to the development of 3D Anode technology.

The role requires hands-on technical skills, precision, and strict adherence to SOPs, with English at least B2 and Dutch preferred. Growth opportunities exist within a pioneering, multinational startup in a state-of-the-art BiC building.

Qualifications

• Education: MBO-4, preferably in a technical field.

About us

LionVolt is a deep-tech startup working on a revolutionary battery using a 3D anode architecture that will boost battery performance and bring an important contribution to achieving global net zero goals. A step change in battery performance is in high demand from our application markets, and our architecture boosts energy density and charging rates without compromising safety and duration/life.

Our multinational and highly diverse team consist of 63 people across multiple locations. Our innovation centre is based at the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven, a leading European innovation hub, and we have a cell manufacturing facility in Scotland. In addition, we are expanding our manufacturing capacity with a new production line at the Brainport Industries Campus (BIC) in Eindhoven, giving us everything we need to realise our innovation.

Your Role

As an operator, you will play a key role in our production process, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output. You will work with advanced equipment in a high-tech cleanroom/dry room environment, contributing to the development of our cutting-edge 3D Anode technology.

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For

• Education: MBO-4, preferably in a technical field,
• Experience: Previous experience in a production environment; experience in a cleanroom and/or dry room is a strong plus. Experience with SOPs (Standard Operations Procedures)
• Skills: Hands-on technical skills, precision, and the ability to follow procedures.
• Mindset: Proactive, problem-solving, and eager to work in an innovative startup environment.
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with process engineers and fellow operators.
• Flexibility: Ability to adopt new ways of working and production
• Languages: English minimum B2 level, and Dutch is highly preferred - willingness to learn Dutch.
