Job summary

Sircle Collection is seeking a friendly Bartender for Park Centraal Amsterdam. You will be the face of Bar Claes, serving drinks and snacks to hotel guests in the lobby and at the bar, while ensuring a warm guest experience with a smile.

Joining a dynamic, multicultural team, you’ll chat with guests, stay flexible across shifts, and assist during events. A one-year F&B background and strong English are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in F&B or a similar role.
• Excellent command of English in speech and writing.
• Hands-on mentality with flexible shifts and guest interaction.

Responsibilities

• Serve drinks and snacks to hotel guests in lobby and bar.
• Chat with guests with a big smile to ensure a great stay.
• Help out at other F&B outlets when needed.
• Assist during hotel events to contribute to success.

As our Bartender at Park Centraal Amsterdam, you are the face of Bar Claes and first point of contact for our guests who walk into the hotel, having a coffee in our lobby or enjoying a cocktail. To provide everyone a cozy and enjoyable time, we are looking for a sparkly and genuine F&B professional who always provides heartfelt service with a big smile!

This Is What You're Going To Do

• You will serve drinks & snacks to our hotel guests in the lobby and at the bar;
• With a big smile, you will hop around the hotel to chat with our hotel guests and make sure they are having the best stay;
• You will be flexible in assisting any other F&B outlet;
• When events take place in the hotel you will be happy to help making this a success.

You work in a dynamic team with people from different ages and cultures. As a result, you always keep an overview, are able to set priorities and switch quickly. You know how to make connections and you take the initiative when things don’t go as planned.

Job requirements

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have been working as an F&B professional or in a similar role for at least one year. You have excellent command of English in word and writing. You have a hands‑on mentality; you are flexible in working different shifts and love to have a chat with our guests. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good communication skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in a young, ambitious and dynamic team.
