Job summary

Park Centraal The Hague is seeking an Allround Bartender to be the face of our bar, supporting various outlets and serving guests with warmth. You will handle coffee, cocktails, and dining service for long-stay guests, creating a cosy, memorable experience across F&B outlets.

We value hands-on hospitality professionals with at least one year in F&B, excellent English, and a flexible, team-oriented mindset. Immediate availability is preferred to join our ambitious hotel team.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent command of English.
• Hands-on mentality with flexibility to work different shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the bar and assist outlets.
• Serve guests in F&B outlets and during room service or events.
• Support Front Office and collaborate with F&B team and Kitchen to ensure smooth daily operations.

As our Allround Bartender you are the face of our bar, you will support different outlets and serve our guests a cup of coffee in the living room or a late-night cocktail at the bar and serving dinner to our long stay guests. To provide everyone who visit our outlets a cosy and enjoyable time, we are looking for a sparkly and genuine professional who always provides heartfelt service with a big smile!

This Is What You're Going To Do

• Preparing the bar;
• Taking care of our long stay guests;
• Serving food and beverages to our guests in the different F&B outlets;
• Preparing F&B mise en place for breakfast, meeting rooms, room service and the bar;
• Supporting the Front Office team;
• Working closely with the F&B team and Kitchen to ensure a smooth daily operation.

This is why you are the best candidate

To succeed in this role, we believe you should have been working as an F&B professional or in a similar role for at least one year. You have excellent command of English. You have a hands‑on mentality, you are flexible in working different shifts, and love to work allround. It goes without saying that you have an affinity with hospitality, you are a natural and creative professional with good communication skills and know how to connect with different people and cultures. You are not afraid to make mistakes and would like to work in an ambitious and dynamic team. And you are available immediately.
