BaxterStorey Nederland in Amsterdam Zuid is seeking a Front of House team member for a 38 hour workweek. You will serve guests warmly, support kitchen and barista teams, and ensure smooth service in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Have a contagious passion for food and/or customer service

• Previous experience in a similar food service role is beneficial
• Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

• Fulltime availability Mondays to Fridays and flexible for events for two Friday afternoons per month

Responsibilities

• Service – serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist - the kitchen and barista team where necessary.
• Customer Service - provide excellent service by being attentive to guests’ needs at every point on their journey.
• Teamwork - collaborate with all staff to ensure smooth operations and an inclusive, safe environment.
• Adherence to Regulations - comply with health and safety regulations and location guidelines.
• Cleanliness - maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in kitchen and dining areas.
