Job summary

Postillion Hotels in Amsterdam zoekt een banqueting medewerker die zorgt dat gasten niets tekort komen tijdens ontbijt, lunch en diner, en die ook op het terras en in meeting rooms voor orde en sfeer zorgt. Je bereidt zaal en catering voor en werkt met precisie om elk evenement soepel te laten verlopen.

Je bent een vrolijke, proactieve teamspeler met oog voor detail en creatieve ideeën. Geen dag is hetzelfde: je beweegt voortdurend tussen verschillende ruimten en activiteiten om de gastbeleving

Qualifications

• Gastgericht en dienstverlenende houding.
• Oog voor detail bij event-ready opstelling.
• Proactieve bijdrage aan gastenervaring en team.
• Fysiek in staat om zaal en meubilair correct aan te kleden.

Responsibilities

• Zorgen dat gasten niets te kort komen bij ontbijt, lunch en diner.
• Zorg voor bediening en orde op terras en in meeting rooms.
• Ruim en prepareer ruimtes voor meetings, conferenties en evenementen.
• Werk nauw samen met collega’s om snelheid en kwaliteit te waarborgen.

As a banqueting employee, you ensure that our guests want for nothing: during breakfast, lunch and dinner, but also on the terrace and in our meeting rooms. With you on the team, everything is ready for our guests in no time. This also applies to the meeting rooms. You put everything in the desired arrangement and ensure that the food and drinks are in order. You also use your muscles to prepare everything for a meeting, conference or event. You do that with great precision and that is how you give attention with impact.
