Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Production Go development experience.
• Strong SQL and relational DB skills, incl. migrations.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship backend features end to end, from design to deployment.
• Design and implement database migrations with safe upgrades.
• Develop observability, reporting, and audit capabilities for admins and operators.
• Build security-focused backend features per enterprise practices.
• Investigate and resolve scalability and performance bottlenecks in production-like workloads.
• Troubleshoot backend issues reported by platform operators and admins.
• Document technical solutions and decisions for maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and RFC-style design discussions.
• Contribute to on-call rotation and production reliability.
• Collaborate with backend, platform, QA, product, and design teams.
