Metyis AG in Amsterdam is seeking a B2B Strategy and Digital Commerce Manager with 8+ years of experience to join our Strategy and Execution team.

You will lead end-to-end eB2B engagements, shape strategy, design commercial models and build robust business cases while collaborating with senior clients and multidisciplinary teams.

This role blends consulting, digital commerce and business building in a fast-growing, international environment.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience in consulting and commercial transformations.
• Strong fundamentals in problem structuring, analytics, and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of how business operations relate to strategy, including P&L.
• Ability to move from strategy to execution and lead teams.
• Proven ability to build business cases, KPIs and financial models.
• High ownership, proactive delivery and senior stakeholder credibility.
• Comfort working with data, technology, design and implementation teams while maintaining business focus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead eB2B engagements end to end and manage client discussions.
• Define eB2B strategy, assess markets, customers and competitors.
• Shape the commercial model: segmentation, pricing, CRM, channels.
• Build the business case with revenue, margins and KPIs.
• Set up and scale the operating model, governance and processes.
• Operate with clients post-strategy to improve performance.
• Lead teams and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Contribute to practice growth and client development.
