Job summary

Just Brands - Fashion & Retail is seeking a B2B Sales Support Specialist in the Amsterdam area. You will handle orders, deliveries, stock, returns, invoices and collections, while ensuring accurate administration and clear communication across teams.

You will work closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance and Buying & Development to solve issues, maintain records, and keep processes moving. Front desk support during peak season is also part of the role.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of relevant experience in B2B sales support, back office, customer service or administration.
Experience in a B2B environment; fashion, retail, wholesale or ecommerce experience is an advantage.
Experience working with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Fluency in Dutch and English; German is an advantage.
An MBO or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Sales Administration or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Support B2B customers by phone and email on orders, deliveries, products, invoices and returns
Process and maintain sales orders accurately in our ERP system
Coordinate domestic and international shipments
Handle B2B complaints and support quality checks together with Buying & Development
Provide cover for colleagues within the B2B Sales Support team when required
Prepare and process quotations, invoices and credit notes
