Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in logistics or cross-border B2B.
• 3+ years of job experience in capacity planning or logistics ops.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in cross-border transportation operation and compliance risk control.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the European B2B capacity framework including carrier pool.
• Identify, evaluate, onboard high-quality B2B carriers and diversify suppliers.
• Allocate resources in real time to meet demand and ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish a carrier scorecard and drive continuous improvement in service quality.
• Cultivate long-term carrier partnerships through regular reviews and dialogues.
• Oversee end-to-end cost accounting, negotiations, benchmarking for pricing.
• Drive efficiency via lane optimization and data-driven savings.
• Track metrics and lead projects to optimize European logistics operations.
