Job summary

BMS Performance Ltd. is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager in Amsterdam to drive growth across the Dutch market, selling specialist kitchen equipment services to five-star hotels and major hospitality groups.

You will leverage existing agreements, identify new opportunities and build relationships with senior decision-makers in Procurement, Operations, Health & Safety and Sustainability. This consultative, autonomous role offers hybrid working and clear impact on European growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B sales experience within hospitality, hotels or contract catering.
• Proven full-cycle business development experience.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Identify new opportunities and build relationships with senior decision-makers across Procurement, Operations, Health & Safety and Sustainability.
• Sell specialist kitchen equipment services and drive growth in Amsterdam and the wider Dutch market.
• Leverage existing agreements and develop your territory to make an impact on European growth.
