Nike Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to shape a new Nike By You B2B proposition. You will drive strategy and execution, building a scalable playbook, pitch decks, and a partner network to accelerate growth while aligning commercial and operational inputs across functions.

You will operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment, balancing strategic design with hands-on delivery and owning the customer experience and commercial outcomes.

• Strong commercial and financial mindset; ability to build business cases.

Responsabilidades

• Build a business-to-business Nike By You playbook and operating model.
• Map margin economics and commercial assumptions for financial viability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design end-to-end processes from pitch to delivery.
• Create external pitch decks communicating value to prospects.
• Identify and engage prospective partners; develop pipeline and network.
• Develop the forecast with assumptions and milestones to achieve the plan.
• Report performance with retrospective and forward-looking actions.
