Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. in the Netherlands is seeking a Lead Azure Engineer to join a hybrid team, building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines and modernizing cloud infrastructure.

You will drive platform reliability across large-scale Azure environments, implement IaC, observability, and security practices, and collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps best-practices across the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional DevOps/Platform Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud-native services.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins and Azure DevOps.
• Manage deployment within Microsoft Azure including Kubernetes and Azure services.
• Implement and maintain container-based workflows using Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Apply Infrastructure as Code with Terraform and Ansible.
• Monitor reliability with Prometheus, Grafana and Dynatrace.
• Collaborate with development teams to embed DevOps best practices.
• Support migrations and modernization of integration services.
• Contribute to governance, platform security and compliance standards.
• Drive automation and observability improvements across platforms.
