Job summary

EPAM Systems in Eindhoven, Netherlands, is seeking a hands-on Senior Solution Architect – Azure Platform & Product Security to join our hybrid team. You will own the architecture of an Azure-based product security platform, guiding cloud-native design, Kubernetes workloads, integrations and security controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solution or platform architecture or related roles.
• Strong Azure architecture expertise including network design and enterprise integration.
• Proficient with Kubernetes-based platforms and containerized workloads.
• Design APIs and integrations across enterprise systems.
• Security architecture fundamentals: IAM, PKI, secrets and encryption.
• Ownership of reliability, availability and DR strategies.
• Strong facilitation and consultative communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently and drive architectural decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end architecture for an Azure-based Product Security platform.
• Design architecture for Kubernetes-based components, networking, APIs and observability.
• Guide teams on Azure, Kubernetes, integration and deployment approaches.
• Apply security expertise in identity, PKI, secrets, encryption and privileged access.
• Oversee resilience architecture, including availability and DR strategies.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation and translate asks into specs.
• Coordinate across infrastructure, identity, security and delivery teams.
• Communicate architecture decisions to leaders and engineers.
• Support platform modernization and security architecture improvements.
