Job summary

Levy Professionals represents a leading recruitment partner for a major airline seeking a Senior Cloud Platform Engineer (Azure). You’ll design, build, and continuously improve the central Azure platform used by 20+ product teams, aligning with security and scalable cloud standards.

This hands-on role includes driving IaC with Bicep or Terraform, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and guiding developers through cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Cloud, Platform, or DevOps Engineer.
• 1-2 years managing Azure DevOps and/or GitHub.
• Professional proficiency in English; Dutch is a plus.
• Kubernetes and data migration experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build core Azure platform capabilities, including networking and security.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code practices using Bicep or Terraform, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage and optimise Azure DevOps and/or GitHub as the organisation’s development platform.
• Coach teams and guide stakeholders through cloud adoption and platform best practices.
