Job summary

WKL Consultancy in Utrecht, Netherlands, seeks a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to drive the Microsoft-based platform and lead the migration of on-premises environments to Azure. You’ll manage Windows Server, AD, storage, networking, security, and IaC, with strong emphasis on automation and Azure Platform Engineering.

The role requires 4+ years in cloud services, Azure expertise, PowerShell, Bicep, Azure DevOps and CI/CD, plus experience with migrations.

Qualifications

4+ years of professional experience in a service oriented cloud environment.
Strong background in Microsoft infrastructure with mandatory Azure experience.
Hands-on with Windows Server, Active Directory, Azure Infrastructure, Azure Storage, Azure Networking and Azure Security.
Experience with PowerShell, Bicep and Infrastructure as Code, plus Azure DevOps and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop Microsoft infrastructure and support migration to Azure.
Build and maintain Azure infrastructure, automate processes and support cloud migrations.
Work across Azure services, including security, networking and storage, with focus on reliability and governance.
Contribute to standardisation and automation of the platform and engage in multi-year transformation.
