Job summary

MPower Plus in Utrecht, Netherlands, seeks an Azure Cloud Engineer (L2/L3) for a permanent hybrid role, with on-site presence 2–3 days per week. The candidate will manage day-to-day Azure operations, implement infrastructure as code (Bicep/ARM), deploy resources, and support CI/CD pipelines while leveraging One Identity and Entra ID capabilities.

The role requires hands-on Azure expertise, Agile collaboration, and the ability to document infrastructure changes and procedures; VB .NET/C#

Qualifications

• Expertise in Azure Cloud management and Entra ID
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Ability to document infrastructure changes and procedures
• Hands-on experience with IaC tools (Bicep, ARM)
• Knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS management and troubleshooting
• Background in cloud security and monitoring tools

Responsibilities

• Transform and manage Azure cloud workloads
• Deploy and maintain VMs, networking and storage
• Use IaC tools (Bicep, ARM) to automate tasks
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot incidents related to Azure cloud
• Monitor applications and configure dashboards/alerts
• Collaborate with workload/project teams on technical solutions
