Job summary

MPower Plus in Utrecht, Netherlands, seeks an Azure Cloud Engineer (L2/L3) for a permanent hybrid role, with on-site presence 2–3 days per week. The candidate will manage day-to-day Azure operations, implement infrastructure as code (Bicep/ARM), deploy resources, and support CI/CD pipelines while leveraging One Identity and Entra ID capabilities.

The role requires hands-on Azure expertise, Agile collaboration, and the ability to document infrastructure changes and procedures; VB .NET/C#

Qualifications

• Expertise in Azure Cloud management and Entra ID

Responsibilities

• Transform and manage Azure cloud workloads

Job Description: The individual should be highly hands-on technically in managing day-to-day issues and understand transformation needs in an Azure environment, including Azure landing zone, etc

Key Responsibilities

• Functional or technology focus (both can be a good fit)

• Strong preference for candidates knowledgeable in One Identity
• Technologies used by the team are VB .NET, C#, Powershell etc.
• Good Information Security background/training

Key responsibilities:

• Support Transformation of Azure cloud
• Deploy, manage, and maintain cloud resources (e.g. Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage)
• Use Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Bicep and ARM
• Automate recurring tasks using Powershell, Bash
• Ability to maintain CI/CD Pipelines
• Ability to work on incidents and problems related to Azure cloud
• Ability to use cloud native monitoring tools for application-level insights
• Configure azure monitoring, dashboarding, and alerting systems.
• Identify and troubleshoot OS defects, patching etc
• Support workload/project teams on technical issues/solutions

Must-Have

• Expertise in Azure Cloud management
• Ability to work in Agile way of working
• Good knowledge of Cloud native tools
• Good knowledge of Azure IaaS and PaaS management and troubleshooting
• Good knowledge of Entra ID
• Hunger to learn new technologies as they arise
• Document infrastructure changes and operational procedures

Preferred Experience Range:

• Desired Experience Range for L2 Azure Cloud Engineer is 4-6 years
• Desired Experience Range for L3 Azure Cloud Engineer is 8 to 10 years
