Job summary

Doghouse Recruitment seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a team delivering Azure landing zones and automation for large organisations. You will design and implement networking, identity, compute and storage, writing repeatable infrastructure code with Terraform or Bicep.

The role includes migration support, monitoring, and on-call responsibilities in a hybrid environment. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in infrastructure, strong Azure experience, and hands-on skills with

Qualifications

• 4+ years in infrastructure engineering, with at least 2 on Azure
• Strong understanding of networking, identity, compute and storage beyond the portal
• Experience with on-premises, bare metal or virtualization before moving to cloud
• Terraform or Bicep in production environments
• PowerShell or Python at a level that enables proper automation
• Willing to participate in on-call for the systems you build
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design and build landing zones and network topology in Azure
• Define identity boundaries, compute and storage configurations
• Write repeatable infrastructure code with Terraform or Bicep
• Collaborate with client teams to determine needs during migrations
• Operate and monitor pipelines, incidents and automation end-to-end
• Eliminate manual steps to achieve full automation
