Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced AV Support Technician to deliver on-site troubleshooting, maintenance and support for enterprise meeting room technology and videoconferencing environments in Amsterdam.

You will provide break/fix support for AV systems, troubleshoot Teams Rooms and room hardware, and perform health checks with ITSM ticket management. This is a 12-month contract, 5 days onsite in Amsterdam-Zuid.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in AV support or IT field support.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AV and videoconferencing systems.
• Familiarity with Crestron, Extron and Cisco room hardware.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing systems.
• Professional English communication and customer focus.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Provide break/fix support for corporate AV systems including displays, cameras, microphones, DSPs, and control systems.
• Troubleshoot videoconferencing platforms, focusing on Microsoft Teams Rooms and related room tech.
• Perform proactive meeting room health checks and preventative maintenance.
• Manage ITSM tickets and document resolutions.
• Support executive meetings and events on-site.
• Travel to nearby offices as needed.
• Maintain documentation and ensure AV infrastructure runs optimally.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide break/fix support for corporate Audio Visual systems, including displays, cameras, microphones, DSPs, control systems, and signal routing technologies.
• Support and troubleshoot videoconferencing platforms, with a focus on Microsoft Teams Rooms and associated room technologies.
• Perform proactive meeting room health checks, preventative maintenance, and ITSM ticket management.
• Deliver hands-on support for executive-level meetings, events, and business-critical sessions.
• Travel to nearby office locations when required to provide technical support.
• Maintain documentation and ensure AV infrastructure operates at optimal performance levels.

Must-Have Skills

• 2+ years' experience in AV Support, IT Field Support, or AV/VC-focused technical support.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise AV technologies and videoconferencing systems.
• Familiarity with Crestron, Extron, and/or Cisco room hardware.
• Experience working with ITSM ticketing systems.
• Professional English communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.

Nice-to-Have

• AVIXA CTS or vendor-specific AV certifications.
• Experience with Zoom Rooms and Cisco Webex.
